The new version of PDP Notification Operations Software (BIY) is compatible with Qualified Electronic Certificates. The start date for usage of these certificates will be announced by Borsa Istanbul. Also, the current PDP certificates can be used with the new BIY version.

Qualified Electronic Certificates can be received from Electronic Certificate Service Provider companies. In order to use the BIY program, smartcard installation must be done in advance. For smartcard installation please contact to your Electronic Certificate Service Provider company. Reinstallation of smartcards is not required for current PDP certificates provided by TUBITAK KAMUSM.    

When the installation of the BIY program on your computer is complete, it can be launched as:

Once this new BIY version installed, updates will be automatically done on version changes and users are not required to perform any other task.
